The DT Operations division is focused on the day to day management of the City’s wide area networks, data center management, and network operations 24 hours per day 7 days per week. Key services include:

Public Safety 

The DT Public Safety division include the management and physical maintenance of the City’s fiber optic’s network, radio systems, microwave communications, fire alarm systems, and other systems that are vital the City’s communications operations. Key services include:

  • Optical Fiber
  • Radar System Installation and Maintenance
  • Radio Services


The DT Media division provides client services focused on leveraging new media to deliver online public facing technology services. Key services include:

  • Social Media Services (Pilot) 
  • SFGovTV Video Production Services
  • Web Content Management Services

Customer Service 

The DT Customer Service division is focused on providing Customers with a single point of contact to engage Services. The Division’s services are focused on IT Service Management and Service Delivery. Key services include:

  • GIS Services
  • Project Management Office
  • Security Services
  • Telecommunication Services
