Marc Touitou is the CIO of San Francisco. He has over 30 years of extensive international experience in all aspects of I.T. His track record includes Strategy Definition, Business Process Management, Governance, Infrastructure, Technology Planning, Sustainability and Auditing. Marc is fluent at board and supervisory board level and has had the opportunity to serve a variety of businesses and industries in Europe and the USA.
An accomplished change leader, Marc was C.I.O at ASML semiconductors from 2002 to 2011 with global responsibilities for all aspects of I.T. During his tenure he oversaw about 500 core technologists and consultants. Most recent achievements included total Infrastructure modernization and Architecture redesign.
Prior to joining ASML at the end of 2002, Marc was with Rohm and Haas a specialty chemical company since acquired by Dow Chemical. Marc had started with Rohm and Haas in 1986 in Paris and held positions of increasing responsibilities leading to his transfer to Philadelphia in 1993. Marc then became the company Global Technology Director and later accepted the coatings business C.I.O position which he held till the end of 2002.
